The Marlim model is a sit on top, single paddler/ angler person. It is designed for fishing and leisure and suitable for trips and expeditions in the sea, in lakes and flat waters rivers.
The Marlin is Caiaker's most sophisticated model, it is the result of extensive research with heavy users anglers thus It set a milestone and revolutionized the kayak fishing market in Brazil. CAIAKER Marlim can be paddled in the traditional way, pedaled using the CAIAKER´s adjustable pedal system or, with a bracket specifically designed (sold apart), it is even possible to install a 30-pound electric engine (not provided).
The pedal system is an accessory sold apart and so can be installed whenever you want.

Besides that the Marlim is full fitted with accessories to assist fishing: The adjustable raised fabric seat that provides comfort while fishing, 4 fixed plus 1 hinged fishing rod holders with leash, 4 objects compartments with lid (a central compartment, 2 side compartments and the bow compartment), non slip decks for stand up fishing, a large luggage rack, rudder and paddle holders.
The Marlim model is a sit on top fishing single kayak. It measures 10’80’’ ft (3.30 m) in length and 2’70’’ ft (0.82 m) wide. It weights 59.5 pounds (27kg) and has a load capacity of 308.6 pounds (140 kg). It is produced with high performance polyethylene with additives that prevent bleaching and increase strength, so it is extremely resistant to impacts. Its main features are: remarkable stability allowing stand up fishing, great load capacity, easiness to paddle and safety, due to its watertight hull.
